Quotes are valid for 30 days. Each project is governed by its own written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
Payments
Payment schedules are set out in each proposal. Work may pause if milestone payments are overdue.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of project deliverables transfers to the client as described in the project agreement. Website content and branding of The Tech Sols remain our property.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan unless a project agreement states otherwise.
